Serco is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join their team in supporting critical software development initiatives as a UK Technical Support Lead. In this role, you will lead and support the development of Project CORAL software and coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for deployed software systems. You will also develop and manage a centralized repository for all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation and resources.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT governance, project management, and software lifecycle oversight within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on IT project progress, support the intake and prioritization process of IT requests, and assist with data entry tied to the software procurement workflow.
